Monies are released on staged drawdowns through out the term of the build and loan to practical completion.
Lender qs/ims is needed for the funds drawdown release at each stage of the build.
Purchase costs can be included within the development loan.
Construction costs can be included within the development loan.
Professional fee costs can be included within the development loan.
Building regulations and structural warranties can be included within the development loan.
Interest is only charged when monies drawdown down.
