What we did
Our development client needed to raise funds quickly to purchase another major residential development site in the Northwest and had practically completed this prominent large Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) site, which was fully operational with student lets in the City Centre of Stoke-on-Trent in the Northwest of England.
They approached Focus with their funding requirements and Focus raised the funds within three weeks, which included the valuation instruction and legal due diligence, which Focus coordinated, and project managed very successfully for a seamless transaction.
