This was the former “Hostels for Elderly “in the 1960’s built on the grounds of an old mansion house Croxteth Lodge in the South of Liverpool.

Our existing developer client had negotiated a fantastic purchase price within a quick deadline.

Focus obtained the quick funding for our developer client to purchase the site immediately, which enabled them to obtain planning for the construction of this new build 3 to 4 storey block of 25 residential apartments.

Obtained a short-term loan for the quick purchase of the site immediately within 2 weeks, to secure a substantial discount for the purchase price.

Project Managed the whole loan process on behalf of client, dealing with the lender, valuer, lender IMS, lenders solicitors and client solicitors .

Lathbury Gardens is now the new residential scheme that was constructed for Onward Homes a registered provider housing association who provide quality affordable homes to rent and buy across North West, Greater Manchester & Cheshire.
