What we did

Focus Commercial obtained the development funding for 25 residential units near to Manchester City Centre.  

Once the development funding was obtained, Focus then refinanced the site on a development exit product , to assist the developer with the sale of the 25 units to a High Net Worth Investor (HNW) , as a Multi-Unit Block (MUB) sale.

Development guidance, expertise and services we provided:

Prepared a Detailed Development Credit Paper to submit to the development lenders.

Prepared a Detailed Development Appraisal to submit to the development lenders.

Prepared a Detailed Development Cashflow Forecast to submit to the development lenders.

Obtained Development Senior Debt Funding.

Project Managed the whole loan process on behalf of client, dealing with the lender, valuer, lender IMS, lenders solicitors and client solicitors.

Introduced our developer client to a sales agent in our network for the sale of the Multi-Unit Block (MUB).
