The developer client reached out to us for the 1st time from a personal recommendation to funding to complete his residential project of 2 residential bungalows that were part built.
He had approached 3 previous brokers who could not structure the funding requirements, hence why he came to a reputable successful development broker based up North.
Development guidance, expertise and services we provided:
Set up an initial meeting with the developer, his QS, his contractor to determine what was required to complete the project.
Prepared a detailed Development Appraisal to submit to the development lenders.
Prepared a detailed Development Credit Paper to submit to the development lenders.
Prepared a detailed Development Appraisal to submit to the development lenders.
Prepared a detailed Development Cashflow Forecast to submit to the development lenders.
Project Managed the whole loan process on behalf of client, dealing with the lender, valuer, lender IMS, lenders solicitors and client solicitors.
