Markbuild secures £1.1m development loan from Focus Commercial
We have been featured in Development Finance Today. PMJ Capital has completed a £1.1m development loan for Markbuild’s latest scheme in St Helens, Merseyside. The funding — provided at 55% LTGDV and 72% LTC — will help fund the build cost for eight three-bedroom homes with a total GDV of £1.96m.
